UNITUM is a family-owned company founded in 2016 and led by Elior Vidal and Ger De Sadeleer. We bring emotional interior design, architecture, engineering and technology integration together to create coherent, personal spaces that are exceptionally easy to live with.
Elior contributes a people-centred sensitivity focused on wellbeing and the identity of each project. Ger brings over 25 years of experience in automation, telecommunications and control systems, with more than 600 homes automated in Spain and international markets, as well as over 800 telecommunications projects delivered.
That technical ambition continues through a proprietary applied R&D programme: a new measurement and control technology currently in development and validation. Its purpose reflects the principle behind every UNITUM project—to turn complexity into useful insight, clear decisions and simpler experiences.
Together, these perspectives allow us to guide every project from the first idea through commissioning and long-term care. We coordinate architecture, interior design, lighting, climate control, ventilation, energy, automation, security, access, networks and audiovisual systems as one ecosystem, allowing technology to enhance the design without ever dominating it.
